The Loaf is the FIRST and ONLY Certified Organic Paleo Bakery around. All of our paleo breads (and everything else we make) are certified organic by the Utah State Department of Agriculture (UDAF), which means that all of our ingredients are also non-GMO. We go to great lengths to source ingredients from around the country to make sure our customers are receiving the best!
